What you might notice

  • Constant self-criticism or feeling not good enough

  • People-pleasing or trouble saying no

  • Comparing yourself to others

  • Imposter feelings at work or school

  • Shame about your body, identity or past

How we can help

We look at the experiences that shaped how you see yourself, including minority stress, family messages and past trauma.

Care may include CBT, ACT and self-compassion practices, plus treatment for depression, anxiety or ADHD if they’re feeding low self-worth.

Good to know

Low self-esteem is common for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent people after years of feeling different. It can change.
