Website privacy policy
Effective October 26, 2026
This policy explains how Wellthy Psychiatry & Wellness, A Professional Nursing Corporation (“Wellthy,” “we” or “us”) handles information collected through wellthypsychiatry.com. It covers this website only. Health information you share as a patient is protected by HIPAA and described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information we collect
Information you give us: When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic you choose and your message.
Information collected automatically: Like most websites, our hosting provider receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and the website that referred you. We use it to keep the site secure and to understand overall traffic.
Please don’t send health information here: Our contact form isn’t designed for medical details. Please share health information only through our secure patient portal or during your visit.
How we use information
To reply to your message and answer your questions.
To help you schedule a consult or learn about our services.
To keep this website secure, working and improving.
To meet our legal obligations.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Website hosting and forms: Framer hosts this website and delivers contact form messages to our email.
Booking and intake: Our Book page shows a scheduling calendar provided by IntakeQ, our secure scheduling and intake platform. Information you enter there goes to IntakeQ and is handled under IntakeQ’s policies and our Notice of Privacy Practices.
When the law requires it: We may share information to comply with the law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights and safety of our patients, our practice or others.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
We don’t use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or social media tracking on this website. Our hosting provider may use cookies or similar technologies that the site needs to work, and may give us overall visit statistics.
We don’t allow other companies to collect information about your online activity over time and across other websites through our site. Because we don’t track visitors across other websites, there’s no cross-site tracking for a browser “Do Not Track” signal to turn off.
Our site links to other websites, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Psychology Today and the community organizations on our Resources page. Their privacy practices are their own.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form messages only as long as we need them to respond to you and for our normal business records.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No website or email system is completely secure, which is another reason we ask you not to send health information through the contact form.
Your choices
You can ask us to review, correct or delete information you’ve sent through this website by emailing info@wellthypsychiatry.com. California residents may have additional rights under state law.
Children
This website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them online. Parents and guardians seeking care for a minor are welcome to contact us directly.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top.
