We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We use readable text and color contrast, descriptive image text, and pages designed to work with screen readers and keyboard navigation. We review the site regularly and fix issues as we find them.

Your visits

Telehealth visits use a secure video platform that works on most phones, tablets and computers. If video doesn’t work well for you, let us know and we’ll find an alternative. Our San Francisco office is at 490 Post St, Suite 939. Contact us before your visit if you’d like details about building access.

Requesting accommodations

We’re glad to provide reasonable accommodations, such as written visit summaries, plain-language materials, breaks during visits, help completing forms, or a sensory-friendly approach to scheduling. Just ask when you book or at any point in your care.
